Your annual budget determines your tier. One license covers the departments of the same covered government, with its scope identified in the agreement.

Prepay a paid three-year term to freeze your agreed annual price and save 15%, including on custom prices and renewals. At an agreed annual price of $5,000, that is $12,750 for three years before applicable tax—a saving of $2,250.
Three-year total = 3 × agreed annual price × 0.85. Paid one-year terms are also available. Free organizational licenses run for one year, with eligibility reviewed for each renewal; there is no three-year free term.
Licensing questions, answered
Who can use AI Router for free?
Personal non-revenue labs—including a lab on another machine—and local testing need no certificate. Businesses at or below $500,000 annual revenue, recognized nongovernmental nonprofits and eligible government Tier 0 deployments qualify for free certificates. Organizational use requires a certificate even when the price is zero. Contact Dezota to confirm your nonprofit’s recognition and eligibility, including equivalent recognition outside the United States.
What does unlimited hosts cover?
The covered legal entity can run unlimited hosts and connect its own customer-facing applications. Additional environments can receive certificates on the same commercial terms, without a per-host charge. Subsidiaries or brands are not automatically one legal entity. Covered government departments are not charged separately within the agreed scope.
What is included, and what does our team operate?
The software license includes planned support for product bugs and image or upgrade defects. Your team supplies and operates infrastructure and provider accounts, and pays hosting, subscription and inference costs. Managed hosting, customer DevOps, uptime guarantees and support response-time commitments are not included.
How do terms and renewals work?
Paid licenses offer one-year or fully prepaid three-year terms, with agreed start and end dates. Free organizational licenses last one year and require an eligibility review for renewal. Your tier is determined at initial licensing and renewal using the most recently completed financial year. A new business without a completed financial year uses actual revenue earned since formation, without annualizing or forecasting it. Ordinary growth does not trigger a midterm upgrade, and a fully prepaid three-year term freezes your agreed price. We will provide advance renewal notice; renewal requires your affirmative agreement. Finalize renewal at least 30 days before expiry. Any custom pricing is confidential. Applicable taxes, payment and refund terms will be confirmed before purchase.
How do we establish our eligibility?
Start with a declaration from an authorized representative. We may request limited supporting evidence when needed to confirm eligibility; routine financial-statement submission is not required. We’ll confirm the relevant entity or group, revenue basis and any currency conversion with you before issuing a license. Direct resale of AI Router or offering it as a standalone service requires a separate discussion.
How is licensing designed to protect continuity?
The planned licensing design puts operational continuity first. Checks occur at most once per 24 hours in normal operation. A licensing-service outage of any duration never causes licensing restrictions. Actual expiry or verified revocation restricts ordinary administration, while authenticated license replacement and narrowly scoped, audited security and privacy protections remain available.
Licensing does not disable inference APIs. Authentication, entitlements, budgets and security controls still apply. These are commitments for the launch licensing design. We’ll work with you to resolve licensing discrepancies in good faith.
When can we evaluate or purchase?
WealthProof AI Router will be released for evaluation and purchase on October 12, 2026. Organizations can evaluate it for 30 days, with extensions by agreement and no automatic conversion to a paid license. We’ll agree the evaluation dates and permitted use before issuing its certificate. Contact Dezota now to discuss your use case, arrange a product walkthrough and plan your license.
