Who operates this website

Dezota LLC operates this informational website. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. The separate WealthProof application has its own terms and privacy notice; this website does not create accounts or accept financial uploads.

Information involved

Website requests. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser information and response details to deliver pages, investigate errors and protect the service. Logs can contain information that differs from the reduced data sent by our analytics script.

Page analytics. We use Matomo hosted by Dezota at webtrack.dzhost.me to understand page visits. The website sends page paths and titles, a referring page URL when available, and browser and network information involved in the request. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from page and referrer URLs. Development visits are recorded separately from production visits.

The integration disables analytics cookies and respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Cookie-free tracking is not the same as anonymous tracking: the analytics server still receives an IP address and technical information.

Email inquiries. Contact links open your email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include so we can respond and follow up on your inquiry. Do not send passwords, bank credentials or sensitive financial records by ordinary email.

Browser storage and choices

The language picker changes pages without saving a browser preference. The appearance control follows your system theme unless you choose Light or Dark. An explicit choice is stored locally in your browser under dezota-theme; selecting System removes it. It is not sent to Matomo. Clearing browser storage resets the choice. This website has no account registration, newsletter form or advertising tracker. The configured Matomo integration does not set analytics cookies.

You can enable Do Not Track in a browser that supports it; our integration then skips loading Matomo. Blocking the analytics script does not prevent browsing the website. You may also contact us about privacy choices. This notice does not treat browsing as consent to optional processing.

Use and access

Website information supports page delivery, security, troubleshooting, understanding site usage and responding to messages. Hosting, network and email services may process information needed to provide those functions. Authorized people may need access to operate these services or respond to an inquiry. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. External links lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Dezota hosts this website on its own infrastructure in Utah, United States, and maintains recovery backups there. Google provides our business email service and processes messages sent to us as part of that service. Cloudflare provides domain-name resolution, content delivery and security services for this website. Website requests pass through its network, where information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser information may be processed to deliver content and protect the service. Cloudflare may process this information outside Utah and the United States. Its security features may use cookies when needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.

Retention and requests

Retention varies by record and system. Website and security records support operation and troubleshooting, analytics records help us understand site usage, and email correspondence supports inquiries and related business records. Backup copies may remain after information is removed from active systems; deletion from an active system does not immediately remove every recovery copy. Contact us about retention or deletion of information associated with you. We do not promise a single automatic deletion deadline across these systems.

You may contact [email protected] to ask about information associated with you, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need enough information to verify a request and locate relevant records; please do not send identity documents in an initial email. A request does not require a WealthProof account.

The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes to collection or use must be reflected here, with additional notice or consent where required. This notice is not blanket permission for new uses of information.
